Malcolm romps home with 87% of votes

After the voting at the Village Hall Staining on the 6th October the count started. To ensure this process was in accordance with procedures the following officers were present. The Returning Officer and Chief Executive of Fylde Borough Council,The Electoral Officer of the Fylde and two Counting Officers from Fylde Borough.

Malcolm Hyland received 87% of the votes

On behalf of Staining Parish Council I would like to welcome Councillor Hyland to the Council. Cllr Hyland will make an enormous contribution to the Village. He will take his seat at the next Parish Council Meeting on Thursday 20th October 2011 at 7-30 in the Village Hall Staining
