Race number transfers

We will allow numbers to be transferred so long as we know who is using the number.

If you have a number available for transfer let us know. We may  have runners waiting.

When the new runner is known, download the number transfer form

Complete this form with the new runner's details.

Take the transfer form to the transfer desk to authorise the change and collection of the race number / timing chip. 

However if over a week before the race, we would prefer you to send the form to the organisers via post or email to freckletonhalfmarathon@gmail.com  An email confirming the transfer can then be sent to the new runner to enable pick up on the day as with all other runners. This will help to reduce the demands on the desk on the day.

We do not give refunds or make a charge for transferring numbers but the person giving up the number may ask the new runner for the entry fee. We leave that to the two people involved.

PLEASE NOTE: If you run in someone else's number without having it transferred you are liable to disqualification from the race
