Non emergency telephone number for Police is 101

Lancashire Police have introduced a 101 non emergency telephone number.This number will cost no more than 15pence  a call.

In my opinion, I feel sure the residents will have little faith in this new service in West Lancashire as it takes around 20 minutes to get the Police on 999 calls
