Travellers in Staining apply to High Court to oppose Appeal

Elizabeth Collins has lodged an application to the High Court under section 288 challenging the decision of the Secretary of State to dismiss the appeal and refuse planning permission.

The application was lodged this week and the Council will have to consider the implications of this and I will keep you all informed of any further developments as they occur.
