Objection to Outline Planning Application-WITHDRAWN

An application has been made to develop land rear of 1-7 Broadoak Staining.Planning Reference 09/1234

At a meeting held on the 14th October 2009 22 residents complained about various aspects associated with this application.

On a previous application made 96/0292 dated 19/04/1996 the application was refused .This subsequently went to appeal.The independent planning inspectorate dismissed the appeal on 06/05/1992

Staining Parish Council is to object to the outline planning application

I have made representation's to Blackpool Council on behalf of Staining residents.

The planning report was made available on the 8th December without officers reccomendations

The Development Control Committee met on the 21st December .The planning application has been withdrawn
