Village Hall Meeting Report-Tuesday 2nd March 2010 at 7-30pm

The Chairman read the meeting minutes from the last meeting.The minutes were approved.

Village Hall Building Committee Report

 An alternative building for Village Hall activities has been identified on Weeton Army camp whilst building work takes place.

A charity night at the Eagle & Child is being arranged of which proceeds will go towards the Village Hall building fund.

A fashion show has been arranged for May 24th.All proceeds going to the building fund

Grant application forms are to completed and sent to the Parish Clerk

Hoe Down with Caller Roy Smith and his music 17th April

Spring Jumble 28th April

Garden Party 10th July 2010

The Weeton Village Hall Website Poll had 290 votes cast.  96% were in favour of the New Village Hall  4% Did not Know   There were no votes cast objecting to a new Village Hall
