COST OF HIRING Rural Splash YMCA’s ‘SKATER KIDS’

The cost of hiring Rural Splash YMCA ‘Skater Kids’ will be £75.00 per hour and a half. This price includes VAT.

The ‘Skater Kids’ inflatable will be in the water for one hour, with the remaining time booked being used for changing, before and after the session.

REFUSAL OR CANCELLATION BY THE OPERATIONS MANAGER

It is hereby acknowledged that Fylde Coast YMCA, acting through the Operations Manager reserve the right to refuse any application or to cancel or terminate any booking for any reason whatsoever, without being bound to give a reason for doing so. All monies paid in respect of a booking cancelled with this condition will be refunded, provided that the hirer has complied with these conditions. Fylde Coast YMCA shall not be liable for any other expenditure incurred, or loss sustained, whether directly or indirectly by the hirer arising from cancellations.

I agree to indemnify Fylde Coast YMCA against all sums of money which Fylde Coast YMCA may have to pay by reason of any infringement of copyright occurring during the letting, and against all actions, cost claims and demands arising out of such infringements.
